What counts as a render?
One finished image. A visitor uploads a room photo or describes a product, your studio returns one picture, and that is one render off the allowance. Failed renders are refunded automatically.
What happens when renders run out?
Rendering pauses until the plan renews. Visitors see a short message, and your leads and catalogue stay put. Need more than 500 renders in a month? Top up from your billing page. Packs never expire.
Can we cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page and the plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, then stops. Unused pack renders stay on the account.
Do our visitors pay anything?
No. Rendering is free for your visitors. They verify an email to keep their render, and you pay through the plan.
